Effective way to get active referrals

Everyone in online business looks for referrals since it is the easiest way to increase earnings. There are many ways to get referrals but there is no guarantee that your referrals will be active. I am giving below some ways and some effective way to keep referrals active.
Ways you can get referrals
1. Mail or invite known friends
2. Advertise in various PTC, PTR sites
3. Use Adsense, adbrite or other contextual advertisement.
4. Buy referrals
5. Creating a blog and popularise the blog
6. Writing in forums. and many more
But none of these procedure gets you active referrals though you can get referrals

Apart from all these procedures I should suggest another one which is very effective at least I got results.
In your blog or the forums you regularly visit write some effective way about the site not only what and how it pays, you should highlight the sites feature, the sites reputation, how much you have benefited from the site, payment screenshot, members on that site like these. These things drags interested people to the site and if there is all features what you have said in your writing, the referrals will be active too. Don't write please join here and post the link. Just create space for others to ask more to you about the site by PM. And you put the link on forum signature or let others contact you through email you provide in your blog. Yes you should not openly mentions the sites name upfront then no one to look at your writing they will just go to the site to look, so effective and tactful writing always bring real and active referrals. This is the best procedure apart from advertising.
