SAO SARY FOUNDATION (SSF) was founded in 2006 to help improve the living standard of the poor families and developing human resources as support education for the underprivileged children under aged 13 by a team dedicated members with commitment to fulfil the Great Commission of Humanity to Release extreme poor families in the poorest Cambodian communities to be better status through provision the emergency supports to their children for ensuring they are properly in public schools without dropout rates due to their families could not support and to build and improving the strengthen sustainable economic for their individual families to ensure that they are able to support their children in the future without upon to charity for survivals, especially to avoid institutionalize (avoid sending children to orphanage).

SSF was registered with the Ministry of Interior (MoI) of Kingdom of Cambodia in the status of non-governmental organization, non-religious, non-political, impartial and independent organization with its head office located in the central province of Kampong Speu Province, Kingdom of Cambodia. SSF has been intending to sign Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Ministry of Social Affairs, Veterans and Youth Rehabilitation (MoSVY) of The Kingdom of Cambodia.
