THOSE WHO CAN'T TAKE DIRECTIONS GRACIOUSLY HAVE NO BUSINESS GIVING THEM.
If you are an irresponsible or argumentative networker who cannot accept
instructions from others, you are destined to remain at the bottom of the pay
plan. Before you can ever hope to manage other people, you must learn to manage
yourself and your relationships with others effectively, particularly with those
in higher positions in the organisation. Unless you can learn how to manage your
relationship with your own sponsor or upline, you will never be able to manage a
relationship with your subordinates.

A RESOURCEFUL PERSON WILL ALWAYS MAKE OPPORTUNITY FIT HIS OR HER NEEDS.
The ability to recognise opportunities is a critical element of success, but it
is only the beginning. An idea is valuable only if it can be put into practice
- by you. Highly successful people know that there are many ways to capitalise
on an opportunity. They evaluate and shape it to fit their capabilities, or they
put together a team composed of people with the skills necessary to take
advantage of it - whatever it takes to make it work. Seldom is there any single
right answer in business. Often there are any number of right answers.
with best regards

EVERY TIME YOU INFLUENCE ANOTHER PERSON TO DO A BETTER JOB, YOU BENEFIT THAT PERSON AND YOU INCREASE YOUR OWN VALUE.
Someone once said that no one can really motivate anyone else; all we can do is motivate ourselves and hope it catches on. You will probably never know how much you influence others with your behaviour.
When you always go the extra mile, you will influence those in your circle of friends and acquaintances, your family,

REMEMBER THAT EVERY TIME YOU GO THE EXTRA MILE, YOU PLACE SOMEONE UNDER OBLIGATION TO YOU.
When you do something to or for another, whether your deeds are good or bad, people feel compelled to "retaliate" in kind. If you are a kind and decent person, you can expect to be treated well in return. If you use others for your own advantage without giving anything in return, you will soon find that they have little use for you.

BEFORE WORRYING ABOUT HOW TO GET MORE PAY, TRY THINKING HOW YOU CAN DO A BETTER JOB AND YOU MAY NOT NEED TO WORRY.
When you devote your time and efforts to doing your best at every job you do, instead of developing persuasive arguments why you should be paid more for what you do, the pay raises will take care of themselves. When you approach every job enthusiastically in a spirit of friendly co-operation, you distinguish yourself from the

ANYONE CAN QUIT WHEN THE GOING IS HARD, BUT A THOROUGHBRED NEVER QUITS UNTIL HE WINS.
The going is always hard on the road to greatness. If success were easy, everyone would achieve it. NFL All-Pro lineman Brian Holoway recalled that when he was playing for the New England Patriots and the Los Angeles Raiders, there wasn't a single day when he didn't feel like giving up because the road was too tough and the sacrifices were too great. Here is something scary about envinoment.
Senior Scientist Mark Serreze said, “Computer projections have consistently shown that as global temperatures rise, the sea ice cover will begin to shrink. While a number of natural factors have certainly contributed to the overall decline in sea ice, the effects of greenhouse warming are now coming through loud and clear.â€

MOST MISFORTUNES ARE THE RESULT OF MISUSED TIME.
The only luck in the world is the luck you create for yourself. Only in the
casino are the odds in favour of the house. In real life, the odds always favour those who use their time wisely to pursue their goals constructively, to fill every day with a full measure of honest work. Bad luck befalls those who waste time and mental energy hoping for the big break that will propel them to grea

LIVE EACH DAY AS IF IT WERE YOUR LAST, AND YOU'LL DEVELOP A KEEN RESPECT FOR OPPORTUNITY.
If you had only one more day on this earth, how much sharper your senses would be.
The beauty of nature, the simple pleasures of life, would be indescribably wonderful, and every moment would present an opportunity to spend quality time with your family and strengthen relationships with friends, acquaintances, and business associates. Every tho

JUST WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR AND WHY ARE YOU WAITING?
Far too many people spend their entire lives waiting for that glorious day when the perfect opportunity presents itself to them. Too late, they realise that each day held opportunity for those who sought it out. If you have not
formulated a plan for what you would like to accomplish in your life, don't
waste another minute.

IF YOU ARE REALLY GREAT, YOU WILL LET OTHERS DISCOVER THIS FACT FROM YOUR
ACTIONS.
In the final analysis, all that really matters are your actions. You may talk a
good story, but no matter how good you are at selling others on your
capabilities, eventually you have to perform. It is true that people are
generally forgiving and will overlook an occasional failure to deliver upon your
promises. Ultimately, though, you must live u

IF YOU HAVE NO MAJOR PURPOSE, YOU ARE DRIFTING TOWARD CERTAIN FAILURE.
In achieving the goals you have set for yourself, there are only two
alternatives: Either you are moving toward your goal, or you are drifting away
from it. Choose your purpose in life and attack it with a vengeance. When you
have the courage of your convictions, when the choice is one you've made for
yourself, you will have the strength to persevere until you

THOSE WHO WILL NOT TAKE A CHANCE SELDOM HAVE ONE THRUST UPON THEM.
Success always involves risk. You must take a chance by investing your time,
money, and effort. It pays to be thoughtful and deliberate in your analyses of
opportunities, but don't let timidity hold you back. Because you have worked
hard to develop those things you must risk, it is natural for you to place a
high value on them. But what use are they if you do not

OPPORTUNITY WILL NOT INTEREST ITSELF IN THE PERSON WHO ISN'T INTERESTED IN IT.
In a free and democratic society, the number of opportunities for achievement is
virtually limitless. In every business or profession, there are innumerable
opportunities to invent new products, to improve manufacturing and
administrative processes, and to offer better service than the competitor down
the street. But every opportunity will soon drift

OPPORTUNITY WASTES NO EFFORT LOOKING FOR THE PERSON WHO IS WASTING TIME THROUGH
IDLENESS OR DESTRUCTIVE ACTION.
Opportunities somehow always seem to gravitate toward busy people who can hardly
keep up with those they already have. Logically, it would seem that
opportunities would make an effort to seek out individuals who have an abundance
of time available, but instead opportunities appear for those who have goals and
