Phone Call Observations

Yesteday I spent the afternoon cold calling the leads I bought. The number of dials I made was 45. 17 answering machines, 10 disconnected numbers, 3 not interested anymore, 6 contacts, 9 not available and 1 person I emailed the link for the BookWise presentation. Talking to the people that I contacted over the last week, it seems people do want to make more money in their lives but they don't really know what they want to do. The majority of them have raised their hand but remain skeptical, or the desire just isn't strong enough to change their financial circumstances.
Over the last 3 months I've learned the importance of marketing. Marketing seems to be the real key in building any business. Yes, there has been a learning curve and I still have much more to learn.
