Its kind of funny to read the classifieds and forums these days.  The trend these days is to "help others become successful". You know, a mentor to a begginner. The funny thing is that you can tell many of these people are brand new in network marketing. How can they really be a mentor unless they are seasoned vets. Having gone through the fires and failures that we often face on the internet.
