the simple reason the $7 script users have been pinged is they either split-paying (against PayPal TOS) or have on the salespage something about "Buy this product and make 100% when you sell it" (against Paypal TOS) thats just a very rough explanation but it really comes back onto the creator of the product doesn`t it? I think it brings a point up that many are going to other processors. Paypal was primarily made up with ebay in mind and likes this sort of goods/services platform. The most common accounts they have frozen are ones that have MLM structure as they do not support this feature. I think the most safest online use of payment is a Debit card you control how much money is taken. As for being paid there are other processors and ones that have cards attached have come across more versatile. Due Dil
