Business Owners Mindset

Everyday, more and more unhappy, burned out,
over stressed employees of offline companies
are turning to the Internet looking for a way out.
Nothing wrong with that, the premise is sound.

Many people trying to do their own thing
approach it without due consideration
and investigative time to define what they
are capable of doing and what they are not.
The old adage of "Be true unto thyself"
would apply at the beginning of their venture.

Creating a business of your own is a goal of
a lot of people, many have tried and failed.
So many reasons that it would take a lifetime
to further the information as to why.

I will discuss one basic reason here.

"Business Owners Mindset"

Successful people have a can do attitude and work
to make it happen, not wish it to happen.
Most people starting out to build their business
have the mindset of an employee not an owner.
The transition from their "J.O.B. Employment" to their
own business is difficult for them to do.
Ask yourself every day, who is in control of your life.
The answer is obvious, you are.

To quote a friend, "A changed attitude is a changed mind."
Think like an owner not an employee.

I would be willing to bet after a few weeks of doing
that you will see a different attitude toward you at
your place of employment, look at people who have
advanced around you and ask yourself, what did they do
to earn that promotion. Analyze, don't judge.
Most likely attitude had a large part to do with it.

Investigate and perform your due diligence on any
venture you wish to start out on. Learn before you earn.

If you think "Too good to be true", believe it.
Think like an owner, what’s best for my business, not theirs.
Ask questions, develop your own style, be an owner.
Never give up on learning, or yourself.
Don't let the HYPE get to you. Get Rich Quick is fleeting.
To our success, yours and mine.
