Bankruptcy

Anyone know a good attorney that handle personal bankruptcy?  I hate to say this, but that's the road my wife & I are heading down - quickly.  I don't know what else to do. I tried applying for another job that paid quite a bit more and thought I had a good shot at it (had 3 different interviews), but was told last week, "We have decided to look elsewhere to fill this position." 

And I have tried finding a second job at various locales, but they all say I am over-qualified for the position.  What difference does it make if I have several degrees as long as I can do the job?  That just makes me mad whenever they tell me that.

And my wife is self-employed, with expenses out the wazzu.  I don't know what else to do.  I had hope working online would help, but so far, the only thing I have received are free referrals. 

So, I am going down the road I really don't want to go down.  If anyone knows of a good attorney, especially in the Tennessee area, for personal bankruptcy, please let me know.  We need to get started on this before we lose our house & vehicles.
