- Bear Market:- This is a trading talk, which shows market condition i.e. The market is falling down and stock price also. Bear market represents a bad condition of the market and it is conflicting to the bull market.
- Bull Market:- This is opposite to the bear market too. It show market is in a good condition and stock price is increasing continuously. To become a Bull market defines a better economic state.
- Broker:- A market person who trades on behalf of actual trader and they charge for its breaking services, broker is the intermediate between trader and exchange. The trader should take this kind of service from reliable broker or brooking firm.
- Day Trading:- It is a special kind of trading where deal performs for one day i.e. Its expiry time is when the market close of that day. This trading is known as day trading or active trading and their trader is known as day traders or active trader. For this trading, a trader does have long-term records as well.
- Dividend:- This is a part of a company’s profits that paid to all shareholders when a company makes profits; it is a different kind of bonus.
- Exchange:- An exchange is a platform where the entire trader does trade by offline or online trading mode, In India two major exchanges are available first is BSE (Bombay Stock Exchange) or NSE (National Stock Exchange).
- Margin: A margin account is borrowing money that a trader borrow loan from a broker to buy a special kind of investment. In the formula we can say the margin is the difference between the loan amount and securities price.
- Order:- A process in which a trader bids to trade a stock for a specific amount, this process is known as order. It is a trading request buy or sells different numbers of stocks.
- Portfolio:- It is a trading records that trader maintain for their future trading
- Volume: It is the total number of stocks that have to trade for the particular time duration; usually it measures on average daily trading volume terms.
