First off; I am an internet marketer. But I also love fine food, so lets
combine a little of both. The recipe I.m about to give you is Not on my

SEAFOOD a la CARR
For 4 servings you will need:
1 lb. bay scallops
6 or 7 oz. frozen baby shrimp (canned O.K.)
4 Tbsp sweet butter
4 Tbsp all-purpose flour
8 oz clam juice
3/4 cup white wine
3 Tsp chopped fresh dill
1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup whipping cream
salt & pepper to taste
PREPARATION
1 In a heavy saucepan, melt the butter. Add the flour.
Combine well and cook over low heat for a few minutes.
2 Add clam juice, wine, salt & pepper, stirring constantly
with a whisk. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat & Simmer for 5 minutes.
3 Add the dill & lemon juice, scallops & shrimp. Bring to a boil
reduce heat & Simmer for 3 minutes.
4 Add the cream, combine well.
Serve in individual scallop shells for a beautiful presentation.
