We know that losing weight can be hard work. It requires discipline and perseverence, you have to change life long bad habits and get into new, healthy routines.

Without a good support network of encouraging, caring people who understand and want to see you succeed it is easy for motivation to wane and all our good intentions to fall by the wayside.

What we do...

At Healthy You we provide that personal, one-on-one support for your weightloss journey. We help you set realistic and achievable goals and we're with you every step of the way to make sure you reach them.

-When you join Healthy You you get a weekly one-on-one support meeting via internet using Skype or MSN Messenger.

Of course, sometimes once a week just isn't enough!!

You can e-mail your Healthy You consultant any time for additional encouragement, support and motivation.

What we don't do...

At Healthy You we provide you with general guidelines for a healthy lifestyle.

We do not provide specific diet or exercise advice

We are here to motivate, encourage and support you in your weightloss journey. We provide responsible, experienced consultants who remind you that before you begin any weight loss, diet or exercise programmes you should always consult your doctor.
