sometime when i call someone in US, i can't hear what the person will be saying, sometimes echo will not allow me to hear anything.Is there a way out so i can enjoy using it?

Click on Tools, then choose Options, then Audio Settings, to see if you are using the right settings for mic and speakers

90% of the time I use text only. It threads discussions and avoids spam filters much better than email and much more.
