What is your though on the state of the planet. Personally I give the planet a little more credit than what most scientists say about global warming and so on. When I can see 2 years of drought, no grass nothing green, most plant life dying, the house moving from lack of moisture in the gound, the ground cracking. To about 2 - 3 month later everthing lush green, my point being that, life is constantly recreating (out with the old & in with the new) so the scale as to with the planet needs to recover should'nt be what most scientists are saying. I guess I feel it more than I can express!

I think that the planet is most certainly capable of restoring and regenerating itself... BUT that doesn't remove our personal responsibility for taking care of it. Our bodies are capable of great healing and restoration as well, but if we continually damage and abuse it, it will die.
We need to treat our planet with more respect. We need to look at alternate ways of doing things so that it has a chance to restore or regenerate. It is dangerous to ignore the science and not respond appropriately. I am not talking about focusing on doom and gloom... I am talking about healing the planet by acting in "the certain way" as per the SGR teachings.
