Twitter, is a real time information Network,s o the best way to use it is by either posting a blog, containing Relevant Information about Twitter, or as seems to be a good way, posting information about How to Pay Less Tax, or Pay Your Mortgage off Early. this seems to work.

In other words, doing the total opposite of what the Majority do. The Internet is an Information Superhighway and people are constantly looking for information on How to do something.
