Lydfred, start by creating and growing an online presence. If you want free, you can begin with Blogger or a WordPress hosted site. Eventually, you'll want to move to a self-hosted site.

To generate leads, start creating valuable and informative content for your readers. Perhaps offer a free resource for them to download in exchange for their email address. If you have a budget, you may want to consider paid traffic or an online marketing system to give you a boost.

Okay time for some real advice and help.

Lydfred F. the thing about marketing and especially mlm marketing is you need to market YOU not your mlm. What this means is you need to brand yourself to a topic.

I have not checked what your new mlm is, but lets assume you joined an mlm where you sell vitamins. If this is the case, you want people to hear the name "Lydfred F." and think "guy who knows a lot about health".

It doesn't matter what the product that you sell, you need to brand yourself for that industry.

There are infinite ways to begin branding yourself and infinite websites that will help you do it, hence the many recommendations.

I won't recommend you any given website unless you specifically ask, but what I will say is you need the following:

1.) A blog (many free blog hosts exist to help you start)
2.) A domain name for that blog (a couple dollars a year)
3.) 2 to 3 forums about your topic you post on at least 3 times a week each.
4.) A profile (or page) on each of the 4 major social networks (google+, facebook, twitter, and linkedin)
5.) Post weekly on all your social sites
6.) If possible a social profile on a niche targeted social network

The blog gives you original content to share on social networks, the original content comes from reading and replying on the forums. Be sure to setup your signature to link to your mm in the forums you select, and select forums that are very active.

I like what Bruce said this is what I am doing in my MLM. There are free blogs, I started with blogspot.com then I purchased a ebook on traffic. I joined a few forums. Just to killed information overload I do one marketing method at a time.
