I think what you are looking for is geo-targeted traffic. Co-op is just when a few folks go in together with a payment for a larger ad and split the cost. PM me if you want the geo-targeted traffic links.

If you are asking about the marketers cooperative (my co-op) that is outside the scope of discussion in the group but you are free to contact me for details.

If you are asking if starting a cooperative is an effective form of marketing, yes it is. Some of the biggest mlm's in the world are only successful because of the cooperatives the marketers create. (gdi coop, sfi coop, ect) not to mention the worlds most successful cooperative is the farmers cooperative.

If you are looking to join a random cooperative, its wise to read the laws and by-laws before joining. If a company lists no laws or bylaws, read all the terms of the business before joining and understand what kind of traffic you get, where it comes from, and what your level of involvement is before joining.

I am subscribed to a few Ad Coops that I am required as a publisher to publish those ads. I see a lot of repeat customers which tells me that they work quite well. :D
