Leaving the APsense group - it is not a required group

I have noticed that the "Apsense" group is not a well moderated group. There are many people posting ads there. And therefore it clutters up your "Subjects in My Groups" listing.
So I left that group. And it was so easy, but few realize they can.
- Visit the "Apsense" group at http://www.apsense.com/group/100041
- click " Leave Group" to the right of the group stats (middle of the screen)
Now I only see messages of interest to me when I am on the member home page at http://www.apsense.com/member.html
