Multi-family Commercial projects that I am working on are being strategically linked to non-profit organizations in the USA. WHY? ....well first of all a non-profit organization in the USA; grants you access to tax write-offs; which means for example if you owe the IRS {Internal Revenue Service} $1 million USD; but you have donated the same amount or more to a non-profit organization{in the form of goods or services}; your company can benefit by not having the need to literally transfer such a large amount over to the U. S. government instead you are entitled to a large write-off in that amount. I am expecting to offer a higher ROI to my partners with this strategy.
