Steak Caesar Salad Low Carb

Ingredients:
1 lb sirlion steak, cit 3/4 inch thick
1 tsp Montreal steak seasoning
1/2 tsp garlic powder with parsley
1/2 tsp salt
6 cups torn Romaine
1/2 cup Caesar salad dressing
1 small cucumber, thinly sliced
1 cup halved cherry tomaotes
1/4 cop seasoned croutons
1/2 cup finely shredded Parmesan cheese

Instructions:

Prep Time 10 mins Cook Time 18 mins.

1. In plastic bag combine steak, steak seasoning, garlic powder and salt. Seal bag and shake well to season beef. Heat nonstick grill pan over medium-high heat. Add steak and cook 2 minutes on each side until browned; reduce heat to medium and cook to desired doneness (145 degrees F for medium-rare, 160 degrees F for medium or 170 degrees F for well done). Remove from heat and keep warm.

2. In large bowl combine remaining ingredients. Toss to blend. Arrange on serving platter. Thinly slice steak and arrange on top of salad.

Serves 4

Per Serving: 311 calories, 10g carbohydrate, 30g protein, 16g fat, 3 g g fiber, 86mg cholesterol, 869 sodium.
