Blacklisting vendors ?

Hi folks,
lately I have had some really bad experiences with vendors, especially on the note of their poor or even inexisting customer support.
This lack of support not only leads to some high rising frustrations, but can cost us some dear money too.
Just one example :
I had bought a products, saw it wasn't what was described in the sales page and after 3 days (with a 30 day money-back guarantee) already asked a refund after 3 days. I had to repeat that request several times, and at NO time did I get any kind of reply. a few tickets, some e-mails, and even two SKypoe messages, nothing did the trick. So I finally made a complaint via PayPal and then still even had to upgrade that to a claim before I got my money back. It took me 25 days to get this done, without ANY kind of reply from the vendor nor his support team.
I think we should stat a BLACKLIST of vendors who really lack a decent support and leave us hanging.

Anyone else have such bad experiences ? Anyone see something in this blacklisting idea so we can have other people warned about what they can(not) expect ?

I would love to hear from you all. And if enough people seem to have this problem, I'll take it upon me to set this blacklist up.
