My Business Center Beta - Mac Users

I tested the Beta version out on Mac and it works magnificently. Let me know if you spot any glitches and we'll try find a way to fix them.
I like the more formal "clean" template, but there are about 8 to choose from to suit your needs. Adding a slide show of your business opportunities is easy (see mine ... www.apsense.com/abc/itsyourfuture) and you can upload web-audio files too (which I didn't because I find that disruptive on a business page).
Some tips ...
1. If you don't what the floating capture window coming down over your page, then uncheck the box Lead Capture Form (Popup Window) in Basic Settings.
2. If you don't want people to add their business links to your page, then uncheck the box Accept Links in Basic Settings.
3. When uploading pictures to your slideshow, first resize all the pictures to 200x150 and place them in one folder. You can link urls to your images, so also compile a list of your business links in a text editor before you start loading up. This sounds like a simplistic thing, but really it saves time and if something goes wrong, you have them in one place for next time.
Enjoy playing with it ... you can't do much wrong and even that is likely repairable.

I've been thinking of getting a Mac... it's good to know that A.B.C looks great and has the same funcionality as on the others! Beth Aug 16th 2007 15:33 |
Great tips, thanks! Now I have to go try it out.
