Last night, I spoke about people who are trying to lose weight without starving themselves. What I have found over the past few months is some great information about ways to do this that many people have not thought possible. What I would like for members of this group to do for me is to take a read of my blog and come back here with any ideas based on your own experiences. My goal here is to have people avoid harmful ingredients in weight loss products and go with better ingredients to get moving in the right direction.
