I've had a couple of fairly torrid days for one reason and another, mainly of my own making. One of the things that has really kept me going is your little clip Please accept this as my heartfelt thanks and also thanks to (is it) Mathew for his wonderful music. I really must look a sight boppin' along as I play the clip. But I don't care.

Hi Graham,

I am glad the clip is serving its purpose for you! Smiling release "feel good" chemicals the body. Don't worry about looking a "sight", you will probably cause more smiles and help some one else to release their "feel good" chemicals too!
