Clothing:

Please Donate Clothing Used, clean clothing in good condition is always welcome. In addition, there is an ongoing need for new clothing such as socks, Shoes, Blankets, sheets, shirts, undergarments, large-size panty hose, sweaters, jackets, gloves, mittens, toiletries, grooming aids, as well as clothing and toys for children. There is always a special need for men's underwear. All donations of clothing must be dropped off, or shipped to: Mercy Gate Champion Children's Home, P.O BOX 4047 KISII KENYA 40200. Food:

The best way to help MGCH feed the homeless is to send a financial gift that may be used for that purpose.

Computers:

Please donate the used or new computers to MGCCH for the orphan kids to use them in learning since our project introduced computer studies for them. We need them to be computer literate.

Bibles:

Our kids need bible for them to learn the Bible and understand it better. And we know that everything we need then to know come from our Lord God and they are written on the Bible.

Books:

Our kids also need books for them to study and they need also books to write in school and at the orphange for homework.

Televisions:

We also need to get a televion in the orphanage to keep our kids busy when they have free time or leisure time in the orpahanage.

.:ABOUT MERCY GATE CHAMPION CHILDREN'S HOME::

Mercy Gate Champion Chuildren's Home is a charitable organization based in Kenya, East Africa that is run by a team of volunteers. Mercy Gate Champion Children's Home has been established to give people from around the world the opportunity to work on community initiated projects in developing countries (specifically Kenya for now). The projects include orphanages, HIV/AIDS projects, child education and many more. These projects also benefit from contributions given by these volunteers. We identify the needy projects and send in the help that we receive from volunteers, donors and well wishers.



Mission Statement

Our mission is “Making a difference in the lives of fellow human beings by providing support to the needy community”. We want to affect lives of people in a positive way! As an organization, we cannot achieve this unless we join hands with every willing person. This is our driving force.

Vision

Mercy Gate Champion Children's Home is born with the intention of not only providing support to the already existing humanitarian projects, but to also initiate such projects. We hope to bring to Kenya over 1,000 volunteers from all over the world annually. In the near future we plan to build an orphanage where we can accommodate the so many children that loiter in the streets without a home.

We also hope to conduct many mission trips around the country. It is our prayer that God will send us people with the heart of planting churches and supporting indigenous pastors. You can be a part of this great work by participating and joining hand with us as we do this great work. There are many ways where your support both physically and financially is needed. For example you can volunteer, help educate a child, or even donate for the other projects that we have. Ministry cannot be successful without help from people like you. History

Mercy Gate Champion Children's Home came about as a result of a conviction to want to help from its founder Minister Vincent Momanyi Kenanda. He had been involved with lots of volunteer work in local orphanages before starting this project. James believes that God has a place for each person, regardless of his or her situations in life. He (God) loves us the same. It is as a result of this conviction that Vincent asked a few people to join with him in this venture. We have been able to provide voluntary support to many orphanages and community based organizations for a period of 3 years now.
