:-) I need my memory to believe you so I do not use the words they are such a crutch for me. I rarely sing without them. One day I am going to be free. I wonder if this is affecting my IM productivity? Fear or my Crutch? Can I really do this?

Brian You have a great voice! And I tell you from experience. To stand in front of a group, especially a small group and performe, be it talking or singing, is difficult for everybody. [Maybe not for Philippe :) ] The larger the group, the easier it becomes. And remember: Even your President reads sometimes from notes! Btw. don't listen to much to me, listen more to Philippe. I'm learning everyday from him!

Eric, as far as speaking formally in front of an audience is concerned, I still have fears like you wouldn't believe. I think I would do a video, maybe a screencast video with pictures of me LOL

Strange, standing in front of a big group I don't mind, especially if I don't know them and most probably never will see again. Let them think what they want, who cares! The smaller the group and the better I know the people the more I worry. Doing a video, well still have to try. Expecially in English I don't feel comfortable. I'm not a native speaker. Evenso many people thought I was an Englishman living overseas for a long time . But they were no native speakers too! A native speaker I definately can't fool.

As you already know, French is my first language, so I have this French accent some women love LOL

I wonder what is the Swiss accent? A mix of French, UK English, German and other languages ?

I knew it! How could a woman not get weak when listening to you in English! When I speak French everybody thinks I'm from the North of France, close to the German border. Because of my slight German accent in it. Now take this and mix it with some Swiss German and translate it into English. That's how it sounds! Scares every woman away. But I have an idea: I could use playback with your voice! :)
