We need a way of focusing and being self-disciplined in this business. My idea is to find a way that we can be accountable to each other in making success happen.We also need to be able to stick to daily and weekly goals and to reevaluate how to improve on what we do each week. I'd like to put out there the question What do others in the group do to make success happen on a more personal level. I know it starts with the mind and heart.
