Most of the web sites offer an affiliate program through which for every referral, you will be paid some amount or percentage. But most of the times, this payment is a one time. Do you know any affiliate program that pay you for every referral and continued payment for the renewal of membership of the referred member?

PTC sites pay you for every click by your direct referrals.
Swom and BizOppers pay you month after month for referrals who have upgraded to gold.
Staged.com pays month after month with their compensation plan.
