It's good to be part of a group of people who are taking responsibility for their own health instead of just living and dealing with the consequences of bad nutrition as they arise. We started aging from the day we were born and if we intend to live beyond our 50s and 60s and still be in good health we need to take care of it now.
About 7 years ago, I was introduced to network marketing and the wonderful products that are attached to some of these programmes. I have to say thank god for the Network marketing and Wellness industry because I'd rather prevent and treat with food than popping a pill any day.
Let's educate each other and the rest of the world. Looking forward to learning and sharing!

I completely agree. I'd rather eat healthy and drink what I need to support my body and its health.
