What is important before buying or renting land

Before buying or renting new land is important to check few things:
1. Check the site where the widget is. Sometimes it is showing you that the widget is at xyz.com domain but when you check it you see that is xyz.com/abc.html and not at the main page like you thought. Also check if is regulary site with content or just a quick made with balast of ads.
2. Numbers of subscribers - It shows you how many people are subscribed to this widget. That are the people which owned that land in the past and also members who clicked to subscribe. Why is that important? Because in Home tab in Augine service you can see all news where you are subscribed (http://www.augine.com/home.php). And if (as example this widget) 79 subscribers, it means that your news will be visible at this Home tab in all accounts of these 79 subscribers.
3. Price (and price change in last 7 days). It is the price for which you can buy that land right now (and info about moving of price last week).
4. The most important thing. Number of visitors to that widget.
5. History of Traffic versus Price for last week.
6. Check privileges if "Auto-Approved" or Need Reviewing".

Social MediaThe land price increases by 20% after every trade (Land is sometimes traded 2-4 times a day). And traffic can goes down because of speculating. Can be good site with content and visitors are coming different ways. Or the owner can send visitors to the land only one time to sell the land for higher price. Mar 21st 2011 19:32 |
This are the most important things, agree. But what means if the price of land goes up but visitors/traffic down?
