We absolutely LOVE receiving testimonials from happy customers! This morning I opened up a letter from Richard Mardiros that I'd like to share with you:

I want to commend one of your distributors I had recent contact with. I had purchased a Multi-Pure unit at the LA County Fair in Pomona over 25 years ago. I had also purchased a case of filters at that time and have been using them over the years with excellent results.

Last week I had a leak in the unit and discovered a crack in the stainless steel band. There is no way to repair it, so after so many years I was about to junk the whole unit because I didn't believe I could ever replace the part.

After all the years that passed by I would never have dreamed a company would be ready, friendly, and able to treat a customer as nice as Mr. Amerault treated me.

If more companies would look after their customers as Mr. Amerault impressed me it would be a better world. Thanks to Mr. Amerault and your company for setting a good example of what a corporation's concern should be.
