Apsense, Friend or Foe?

Not Much of an ethical thing but this does get on my nerves.Members requesting to be a contact with virtually no HP have recently sent messages to me, but the reason this rankles is because these members have no photos?
I like to think that these are very new to Apsense but when you go to the accounts they have no Information either. I have kept these request un approved but when you check back the account are no different several weeks down the line.
Although they might be genuine I will check for real accounts before accepting. How many other members are getting these empty contact requests?
