Key Responsibilities
● Management the Testing related activities in the engagement
● Stakeholder management
● Incident Management and take it to the closure
● Manging the Risk and Mitigate them
● Control the attrition
● Provide support to the testing team when needed

Requirement
● T24 and TAP Domain experts with Test Program Manager
● Domain Knowledge on Private banking and Wealth management especially T24 application
● Experience in preparing and executing the test script for private banking domain
● Experience in Database testing
● Experience in Agile / Scrum methodologies
● Analysing users stories and user cases / requirements for validity and feasibility.
● Experience with Test scope assessment, discussing testing framework, plan, reporting metrics template, defect report and change management
● Effectively lead teams with various staffing models like on-shore and off-shore
● Knowledge in automation preferably in Selenium, TOSCA, BDD Cucumber, CI/CD tools and API automation
● Excellent communication & Stakeholder management skills, service attitude
● Systematic and meticulous with problem solving abilities
