To me, a report has at least 5 pages, that's way more than any article.

I have a question for you : how does it work with fiverr ? To send an ebook I mean ? You attach it in an email, or you give a URL to the person who has paid the 5 bucks ? Also, I guess that for such a small price, there is no refund ?

@ Philippe: Thank you for asking about fiverr. I personally prefer to attach the eBook, report, guide ... whatever it's called. But it's also an option to give out a download Url.

Regarding refunds: First, one have to note fiverr's TOS. Second, as far as I know, electronic and digital products such as eBooks etc. are excluded from exchange and from reimbursement. They are bought and sold as-is. I remember that I often read this in TOS.
