One big thing I left out, if everyone has the attitude of waiting to see what happens before they get too involved, NOTHING WILL!
The only way a community of any kind can thrive is if the members do something, even if it's wrong. We are all beginners here, so if you do something wrong someone will help you. If you do nothing they CAN'T!
We have something unique here and it can benefit us all, from true beginners to power users equally.
