Do You Know How To Write Good RevPages?

Learning to write good revpages is a skill that all should learn in order to present our programs and business opportunities in such a manner that prospective members are attracted enough by your write-up to click the link to get further information and possibly join the program.
Many revpages fall short on the above necessity. They are just cut and paste and some others do not even have cuts pasted. They are just blank. This is not good enough if you want to get sign-ups from people who read your revpages.
I know that some members publish revpages just to fulfil their daily missions but an adage says that what is worth doing is worth doing well. Therefore, if you must publish a revpage, do it well.
Your revpage should have a good title. What I do sometimes is to use search terms found on Google for my title.
Your description should capture the essence of your opportunity. Give us, in a nutshell, what the page is all about. Simple. Do not beat about the bush but tell us why we should take the opportunity you are presenting to us.
Include keywords related to the program you are presenting to us. You may search for keywords that people are using to look for the program or similar ones.
You can write more about the opportunity if you have more to say about it. However, if you satisfied me in the first two stages, I will by now be clicking your link to get  more information.
Finally, add related items. I am very careful here. I will not willingly give my competitor the platform to hang my business opportunity. However, I can allow a collaborator to have his say knowing that whatever he says will not sink me.
Finally finally, go out there and write better revpages. Remember that you can edit your previously written revpages to meet your current standards. I often edit mine to make them better.

Very well put Nnamdi, i see way too many Revpages that has clearly been slapped together in a minute or two.

If the person does not take pride in presenting his product to me, it is a let down and the chances of me signing up or buying from him is zero.

Don't worry, I'm here to point out what you need to re-edit, Sean. :)

I'm kidding. You should have seen the comment I wrote on a "friend" blog that he promotes after he finishes copying and pasting the same comment on campaigns to get enough credit to promote. His blog is an advertisement, and the 4 big-font subheadlines fall over each other. Pathetic. His blog has been created on Nov. 12, he promotes it every day, he got 2 tops total. Can't he see his work is trash ?

I had sent him a PM about his copy and paste comment, he responded by blocking me. As if I would want to do any business with him. He then started putting a comment in a foreign language. I told him in a comment after one of his that it's against ApSense TOS to write in non-english. I'm sure he never goes back to blogs, he probably doesn't care about notifications.

Sorry for the rant.

Thanks bronnamdi. Actually in initial period I am no serious to work in those revpages as I have no idea how this site is working and how I have to work in here.
Day by day I learned and I understand the importance of creating and giving good revpages. As I think the revpage should be in quality I would do it in future.
My past revpages have to be edited. But before that I am learning what should I have to do.
Thanks for a detailed explanation.
