There are about 300 varieties of the Aloe Vera, but yet only 4 of them will contain the substantial healing stuff. Aloe Vera contain a mixture of 300 plus ingredients including vitamins, beta-linked polysaccharides, amino acids, enzymes and anthraquinones. I will post an article about this wonderful plant soon.

Thanks for the information I know of aloe vera. I drink Aloe vera Juice. I just wanted to know how many aloe plants there are.

I know several who have been able to stop taking their meds for heart burn because of drinking Aloe Vera Juice. I know of someone else who no longer has colitis because of it. It's great stuff! Read the label before buying anything. What I drink is 150% aloe juice.
