When we are required to post a new subject in one of our groups to receive the credits. What do we do if we have no new subjects of value to post? Just writing to be writing seems to waste everyone's time, yours, mine and everyone else who reads it.

Yes Ron, i know the feeling. Writers block is what i suffer from sometimes as well.
I would suggest you browse through the groups, i am sure that a subject will grap your attention that you can start a discussion on.
Or just by asking a relevant question in a group like you did here should suffice.
