Make good use of your signature people. I know that some people don't like all the big hype about signature pictures and links but this is one place that I disagree. Although you should use some tact as you don't want your signature to look gaudy, you have the opportunity when you are emailing anyone to promote your business. This is easy to do and a no-brainer.
If you don't know how to set up your signature for your particular email service, you can do a little research on google. Google is a good way to find out just about anything, so you could as the question this way:
"creating signatures using Microsoft Outlook" or what every email service you use.
That's it for now.

wow! this was an incredible help to me! I am someone who was on the fence about a signature and to be honest sometimes I used one and sometimes I didn't. now I always will.
