Hi travelling to Memphis & Nashville

I am travelling to the USA (Tennessee) in October of this year, as a Uk travel Agent - I know about the Grand Ole Opray and of Gracelands etc.
Can anyone tell me if there are any hidden "gems" that we shouldn't miss
when we are over there.
I find that when visiting a new state - that if I pick up these pieces of "local" knowledge - helps to sell it to clients.
Appreciate any help you can give me.
