STEPS TO SUCCESS (Real Estate Investment)

   Step 1. Become well versed in your field of choice.

There are several ways to become educated in this subject. You may want to try using the resources you have at your fingertips for starters.

Using the internet for research and information is a great building block. I used the   local library to check out a few how to's and "For Dummies"  Real Estate Investment books.

Once I felt comfortable with Real Estate terminology and my state laws, I moved on to step 2, research.

   Step 2.  Research  companies that have been in the Real Estate business for several years  and have good reputations.

There are several great companies out there with the know how and experience in the field. So, don't reinvent the wheel, use there KNOW HOW to achieve your financial goals. Some of these companies offer "Bird Dog" and affiliate programs.

Step 3. Be creative and find your NICHE. The Real Estate market is vast  and there are many ways to enter it.  Stay flexible and diligent. This is not a get rich quick scheme. Knowledge and determination will yield the best profit.
