It's simply building relationship around a business model. The main reason people get out of network marketing companies is because of relationships.  Plain and simple!

 

You build your network not only to make money but to build relationships along the way.  People don't join the companies that you promote they join you!!   People follow people in network marketing companies. The key to building a large network is relationships and listening to your prospects.  Try to find important things about  the people in your network, not only the go geters but everyone if you can.

 

Find out what their goals are and how you business can help achieves those goals.Help them commit them to paper and dream build with them. If you live in their area help them see their dreams and encourage them to dream big.

 

All and all when you build relationships you get more than just a "number"  you get people who will go out of their way to help a friend and build a solid foundation for your business as well.
