advertising in forums every day. But how many are actually reading or commenting
on other posts? The prospecting methods for forums is solving other
peoples problems.
Opportunity seekers on forums are not looking
to join another business opportunity. They're objective is to sign you
up for their business opportunity just like every other opportunity
seeker in the forum. They won?t click to read a post if it is trying to sell something. They know
they are going to be advertised too so, why bother.
How do you get a
prospects attention?
Most opportunity seekers don?t have a
clue on how to draw in readers to their forum posts. They have no marketing skills so, they?re just happy
they have a place to advertise for free. But posting on forums is much
more than just advertising a product or business opportunity. It?s an informational
center much like an article site or a blog, where valuable information
can help others.
Opportunity seekers like to learn just like
everyone else so, one way to get their attention is to educate them
instead of advertising to them. Think about this for a second; would you
click on a post that says ?Join me? or ?Make $10,000 in a day? or would
click on a post that offers valuable information that will teach you
how to succeed in your own business?
You would probably
click on the post that offers information, right?

can be a very powerful tool to prospecting in forums because it gives
you the upper hand over other opportunity seekers leading others to
success. Haven?t you every heard the phrase ?Teaching Sells?? Think of it like fishing, find a bait that will cause a feeding frenzy, offering something that has no cost like information.
