Just
launch Task Manager(Ctrl+Alt+Delete), click on Shutdown Tab at the top, Now a menu will
popup, Press and hold Ctrl key and click on Turn Off, This Will
Shutdown Ur Windows in under 2 sec,similarly holding on Ctrl key Click
on Reboot,and system will reboot in under 2 sec.


Note:

This Procedure Works on Xp(With Welcome Screen Enabled),Vista and Vienna(Windows 7)


Perform This only in Case of emergency
