Enable Regedit if Disabled By VIRUS

Use the gpedit.msc to enable the registry editor.
Step 1: Hit the window or click start button then click the run or press win key +r,
this will open run menu
Step 2: in run menu type gpedit.msc
Step 3: Under User Configuration Click on Administrative Templates
Step 4: At The Right ,click on the System and locate the Prevent access to registry editing tools and double click on it
Step 5: Select the disable on the option button the click apply.
This will enable regedit if disabled by VIRUS
