They're free and for me...FUN! My favorite is

I have used Traffic Swarm some but can't seem to figure out how to get my credits used there. Unless I just don't use it enough. IDK
My favorite is TopSurfer. They have a $10 upgrade that gives you TONS of extra credits plus for every referral that upgrades you get their $10 straight to you from Paypal. It's residual. I like that!

You might check out Bills newTraffic exchange in this group. I just joined, and it loked like he may be on to something.

I'm no pro at TE's but I like what I saw.
