I live in a rented house, adn we have only been with the current estate agent for 2 months, and since moving in we have had nothing but problems tryingt o get things sorted out. The issues are all little things, but one of the in particular is that a panel in the kitchen fell off.

The agency said it would be best if it was left off, bear in mind this is the kitch cabinet, now I forced the agency to ask the landlord, and hey what a surprise he said he woudl fix it and did so in a matter of days.

So why is it that estate agents think they are god, they just don't want to work for their money.

Know if anyone has had other experiences, I know that my prevous agency I was with in my last house were really good, so their not all bad.

I think with us all bring in thsi Web 2.0 arena we need to maek better use of other means, after all we don't haev a problem buying groceries online, so what not a house.
