I disagree with the idea that everything should be free, however, I believe that anyone's word is a shot, companies play with the faith of some people, when they advertise their products for free and surpriend people with extra fees, which were not mentioned above, causing it a bad reputation and sometimes the announcement is only pennies of dollars, if you do not want to give do not advertise the word for free, others are even worse because in addition to cheating make people work for them and then simply charge extra fees.
