Most probable states are Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Arkansas, Mississippi, Wisconsin, Missouri, Ohio and Kansas. These states have some or the other restrictions related to pooches.

Hi, Pit Bulls are not banned in Detroit Michigan. However there is a leash law. By the way some Pit Bulls are very friendly. No.... I do not own a Pit Bull at this time.
