Karen, another great book to read would be The seven Habbits of Highly Efective People by Steven Covey. I bring that up because I already think that you have probably read it. I am really looking forward to learning from others about the alternative health products they use. I really believe that our environment (both indoors and out) is becoming increasingly toxic, and that we need to find new alternatives to keep ourselves healthy.
