Hello group,
View my profile for an extended intro. I choose to tell you as a group the reason I chose this group. I am passionate about real estate and the Universe has opened an avenue in which I creatively use this passion, through Imperial Notes Inc. I market real estate for elderly FSBO's in my area. I'm not a realtor or broker, I just have a heart for those that need a helping hand. I choose to keep this practice intimate, just marketing one or two properties. Knowing this, I have 2 properties currently marketed and am looking for buyers. If not in this group please direct me to a group or groups that would appreciate the details of these properties for sale.
